FrugalRadar ("we", "our", or "the app") is operated by Abide Labs LLC. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices.
Location Data. When you grant permission, FrugalRadar accesses your device's approximate location to show deals near you. Location data is used in real-time to query nearby deals and is not stored on our servers or shared with third parties.
Usage Data. We may collect anonymous, aggregated usage statistics (e.g., screens viewed, features used) to improve the app. This data cannot identify you personally.
Deal Interaction Data. When you tap on a deal, we log an anonymous event (deal ID, approximate location, and device platform) to understand which deals are most useful. This data is aggregated and cannot identify you personally.
Merchant Submissions. If you submit a deal through our merchant portal (Tally form), the information you provide (business name, deal details, contact email) is stored in our database to display in the app.
FrugalRadar uses the following third-party services:
Location data is processed in real-time and not stored. Deal and business data is retained as long as the deal is active. Merchant-submitted information is retained until the deal expires or the merchant requests removal.
FrugalRadar is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
